This degree aims of providing a base for preparing researchers who could develop their activity in R&D&I at all stages of the food chain, from the right handle and conservation of the natural resources and the environment (source of the raw materials) to the most updated strides in the processing or in biotechnology, including the food quality and security, guaranteeing an integral and multidisciplinary education, which enables the graduated students to develop and implement new technologies in the agrifood field, as well as developing new products and/or add value to the existing ones.
