Modalities

The external internships can be carried out in two modalities:

CURRICULAR EXTERNAL INTERNSHIPS

These are those configured as academic activities integrated as subjects within one of the study plans of the centre, like in the External Internships subject in the bachelor’s degrees in the centre, taught in the 4th year. In order to pass this subject the students must perform a stay in an external entity. To do this, there are agreements achieved with different centres.

EXTRACURRICULAR EXTERNAL INTERNSHIPS

These are those that are performed voluntarily during the training period and that, even fulfilling the same purpose than the curricular internships, are not part of the corresponding study plan. However, this type of internship in reflected in the Diploma Supplement, according to the current legislation.
