The Bachelor’s Degree Final Project is included in all the official Bachelor’s Degrees as a module, subject or discipline. On its design the development, evaluation and qualification of the project must be organised within the period foreseen to develop the degree.

It is a personal assessment that each student performs autonomously under the centre mentoring and which should show the acquisition of the skills and contents associated with the degree.
It cannot be in any case a previously presented assessment in any subject of the degree, even though it might integrate or develop working lines started during any stage of the degree. If the project reproduces a digitally or traditionally published texts, without the author acknowledging, being presented as own and original, it will be considered plagiarism. Plagiarism will mean a reason for failure.

The Bachelor’s Degree Final Project will be evaluated using a rubric. The final mark is divided as follows:

  1. Mentor report: 25% of the mark.
  2. Written assessment: 40% of the mark.
  3. Oral presentation: 35% of the mark.

The mentor will issue a report before the defence of the Bachelor’s Degree Final Project, giving a mark between 0 – 25%. This report will be known by the examining board.

The written assessment will be evaluated following the Bachelor’s Degree Final Project tipology (general, engineering or bibliographic) up to a 40% and the oral presentation will be evaluated up to a 35%, meaning a total of the 75% of the final mark.

Each part of the Bachelor’s Degree Final Project will be evaluated separately and the average will be calculated.

The marks will only be public after the defence of all the projects in the call.
